Do I really know what I want to do?

Do I really want to be a physical therapist? I am still a freshman in college, and I can still change my mind. Though, deciding of what I really wantto do is stressing me out. My parents are almost in debt, and as much as possible, I want to help them already. But then, the career that I want to go to is going to take me a long while until I finish. Now, it confuses me whether I really want to major in Kinesiology to be a physical therapist.. or maybe I'll just switch to study nursing since it is only going to take me 4 years.

Even if I'm in an obnoxious situation, I must say that you should do what you really want to do.
